Registration Procedure

Due to the nature of these events, we will accept only a limited number of participants; places will be filled on a first-come first-serve basis. To guarantee a place on the tour, we recommend that you register and pay the down payment early.
The Booking Conditions form an essential part of the registration procedure and are inserted in the brochure.

1.	Request the Brochure with all information and read the text carefully.
2.	Fill the Registration Form on the website ( or sent the Registration Form of the brochure to Bike Dreams ).
3.	We send you an invoice with bank details by email.
4.	Down Payment of 20 percent of the Entry Fee.
5.	As soon as the down payment is received, your registration is confirmed by email.
6.	Payment of the rest of the Entry Fee ( 80 percent ) before May 1st, 2021.


Covid-19 The go-or-no-go of the tour depends on the Covid-19 measures of the Dutch government. If we need to cancel the tour because organization is not possible within the then applicable Covid-19 measures, we will let you know as soon as possible. If you have already paid an amount, we will fully refund the paid amount without further ado. We will make a final decision on May 1st, 2021.
