Registration Procedure

Due to the nature of these events, we will accept only a limited number of participants; places will be filled on a first-come first-serve basis. To guarantee a place on the tour, we recommend that you register and pay the down payment early.
The Booking Conditions form an essential part of the registration procedure and are inserted in the brochure.

1.	Request the brochure with all information and read the text carefully.
2.	Fill the Registration Form on the website ( or sent the Registration Form of the brochure to Bike Dreams ).
3.	We send you an invoice with bank details by email.
4.	Down Payment of 20 percent of the Entry Fee.
5.	As soon as the down payment is received, your registration is confirmed by email.
6.	Send the signed Contract and Release, which are part of the brochure, to Bike Dreams.
7.	Payment of the rest of the Entry Fee ( 80 percent ) before April 1st, 2026.
8.	As soon as the signed Contract and Release, and payment of the full Entry Fee are received, your participation is confirmed by email.
