Bike-Dreams Weekend 2010

The third “Bike-Dreams Weekend” takes place in the holy centre of Belgian cycling : the “Tour of Flanders”. 
The weekend is for former participants a nice opportunity to have a chat and to revive stories : “Didn’t go the Chevy faster on the climbs in the Andes?”, “Do you remember the cold downhill in Andorra?” and “How deep did you cycle through the water in Venice?”. 
The weekend gives for potential riders the possibility to get acquainted with the Bike-Dreams organization in an informal way and to hear the experiences of former participants. 
 

The “Bike Dreams Weekend” is organized in the Easter weekend of April 2nd, 3rd and 4th in Kluisbergen. The accommodation that we have arranged is located halfway the Kluisberg, one of the first climbs of the Tour of Flanders. 
 
We start the weekend on Friday evening. This gives you the opportunity to leave early in the morning to Ninove, where the Tour of Flanders for cycling tourists starts. 
You can cycle ( a part of ) the Tour of Flanders, which is one of worlds biggest events for cycling tourists with 19.000 participants in 2009.
We have planned a short bike ride around Kluisbergen on Sunday morning. In the afternoon you can catch a glimpse of the professionals from the terrace of our accommodation.

We sleep in the hart of the Tour of Flanders in Villa Kluisberg near Kluisbergen. This is an accommodation for groups with 3- and 4-bed rooms. You can also stay overnight in a guesthouse or hotel in the neighbourhood of Kluisbergen. It is not a problem to bring your spouse or a friend along. You can also choose to attend only one or two days. 
   

The costs of the organisation of the weekend you can find on participation page. The price depends on your stay and the distance that you want to cycle at the Tour of Flanders.

You can let us know before March 15th by email ( info@bike-dreams.com ) whether you want to join the “Bike-Dreams Weekend”. 

Let us know the number of people, the choice if you attend the whole weekend or a part of it, and the distance you would like to cycle at the Tour of Flanders for cycling tourists. 

We like to meet you in the beginning of April in Belgium and enjoy together a Maxim-bar on the bike, an Easter egg at lunch or a beer afterwards.
